What Wiozen Ledger is

Wiozen Ledger is a personal finance notebook. You record income, expenses, accounts, cards, debts and the things you buy or sell, and Wiozen Ledger shows balances and reports from what you entered. Wiozen runs it.

You sign in with your Wiozen account, so the Wiozen account terms apply to you as well.

Plans

Wiozen Ledger has a Free plan and a Pro plan. Free allows 1 account and 30 entries a month. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro without a card.

When the trial or the paid time ends you are on Free again. Nothing you entered is deleted. What is over the Free limits stays visible and can be exported or deleted, and you can add to it again after buying Pro.

What each plan includes and what it costs is on the pricing page. How payment, renewal and refunds work is in Payments and cancellation.

Your data

What you enter is yours. You can export all of it as JSON or CSV at any time, on every plan, also after your paid time has ended. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.

What we do with your data is described in the privacy notice.

How to use Wiozen Ledger

Use Wiozen Ledger for your own finances. Do not try to reach other people's data, overload the service or use it to break the law. We can limit or close an account that does.

You are responsible for what you enter, including anything about other people.

Numbers and exchange rates

Wiozen Ledger adds up what you enter. It does not check your entries against a bank, and it does not give financial, tax or legal advice.

Exchange rates come from the reference rates of the European Central Bank and, for users of the Turkish lira, from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. They are for information only and not meant for trading. A rate in Wiozen Ledger can differ from the one your bank gives you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wiozen Ledger running but do not promise it will never be down. We can change features and these terms. If a change makes things worse for paying users, we tell you beforehand, by email or in the app.

If Wiozen ends the service

If Wiozen shuts Wiozen Ledger down, or closes your account although you did nothing wrong, the unused part of your paid time is refunded by the day. The details are in Payments and cancellation.

Your legal rights

These terms do not take away the rights you have by law as a consumer, for example your rights over a defective service.

Language

These texts are published in Turkish and English. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version applies.
